We recently made the switch over to all west from spectrum. I was a little nervous about it, however I am so happy we did! Deaven C did a fantastic job installing our internet. He was quick and efficient. I’d highly recommend these guys.
I had a great technician named stormm lambert come and explain everything thing she was doing. Asking about placement and what may work best with my house setup. She showed me where she would mount the connection and where to put the routers. She made it very easy and explained in detail what to expect. We downloaded the app and ran a diagnostic and its already 4x faster. Couldn't have been easier. Thanks again!
I had Terrance and Deaven C. Arrive at my house today for an install. They did an amazing job, they were both very professional and personable. Their work was clean and fast. Could not be happier with the service they provided.
Had my neighborhood get All West Fiber. Signed up to get it. Which would be installed roughly a month after talking with the salesman which was understandable since they had just started with many signing up. The day comes to have my fiber installed and we received a text message explaining how their team would need to reach out to reschedule. They didn’t. In the span of 2 months we have gotten four messages about a drop crew coming to install the fiber line from the street to my home. They never showed. We had to call them 3 separate times to receive no real information. It’s been two months since first signing up. We scheduled another appointment to get our fiber installed and had someone reach out and try to reschedule again with an excuse of new builds taking time to connect. Which is funny because our neighbors have already had it set up for a month. Canceled the service. Couldn’t imagine trying to get service after I was a paying customer.
All west was brought to our community by the city we live in by the city council. Not very many people were aware this was happening but every worker who I talked to were informative and helped me to know what was going on we decided to get this new form of internet for our home. The set up was easy and fast. The installer Deaven C. Was very nice and worked quickly and efficiently. I am looking forward to trying this new product.
