Had fiber installed today. I'm paying the same as I was on Xfinity but with multiples faster speeds. Deavon did a great job installing and walking through my options. So far, I'm enjoying the new connection.
Today, I had the great pleasure of meeting Stormm Lambert when she came to install our internet. I can easily say that I have never had a more professional person as she is. She is kind, respectful, and so easy to talk to and figure things out with not to mention the internet is lightning fast! I feel like her kindness, professionalism, and her amazing energy got us off to an excellent start with All West Fiber. Comparing our old service which stated they were fiber but left us constantly refreshing trying to make it work properly is incomparable. All West is super fast!! When you choose all West fiber maybe you could ask for Stormm Lamber -she's an amazing person to be around! She's fast, quick, efficient, and completely professional and out of this world kind! You don't meet many people like that these days! This is a 100% win for us, we highly recommend! Thank you, Stormm and All West!
We recently made the switch over to all west from spectrum. I was a little nervous about it, however I am so happy we did! Deaven C did a fantastic job installing our internet. He was quick and efficient. I’d highly recommend these guys.
Had my neighborhood get All West Fiber. Signed up to get it. Which would be installed roughly a month after talking with the salesman which was understandable since they had just started with many signing up. The day comes to have my fiber installed and we received a text message explaining how their team would need to reach out to reschedule. They didn’t. In the span of 2 months we have gotten four messages about a drop crew coming to install the fiber line from the street to my home. They never showed. We had to call them 3 separate times to receive no real information. It’s been two months since first signing up. We scheduled another appointment to get our fiber installed and had someone reach out and try to reschedule again with an excuse of new builds taking time to connect. Which is funny because our neighbors have already had it set up for a month. Canceled the service. Couldn’t imagine trying to get service after I was a paying customer.
All west was brought to our community by the city we live in by the city council. Not very many people were aware this was happening but every worker who I talked to were informative and helped me to know what was going on we decided to get this new form of internet for our home. The set up was easy and fast. The installer Deaven C. Was very nice and worked quickly and efficiently. I am looking forward to trying this new product.
