Best of Park City (bestofparkcity.com) is owned and operated by TownLift News, LLC, Park City, Utah. "Best of Park City" is a registered assumed name (DBA) of TownLift News, LLC, filed with the Utah Division of Corporations and Commercial Code, entity number 13554229-0151.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean TownLift News, LLC doing business as Best of Park City.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of AI

We use generative AI tools to help create and edit some content on this site, including personalized trip guides. All editorial content is reviewed by a human staff member before it is published.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — articles, guides, rankings, photographs, logos and software — is owned by TownLift News, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. TOWNLIFT® is a registered trademark of TownLift News, LLC.

You may download or print material for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, or systematically extract content from this site without our written permission.

Business listings include information supplied by business owners and information sourced from public listings. Owners retain rights in the material they submit and grant us a licence to display it here.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since signing in is done by emailed link or connected Google account.

You may not create an account using someone else's identity or email address, or claim a business listing you are not authorized to manage.

Community rankings

Votes and nominations in our community rankings are intended to reflect genuine local opinion. You may not vote more than once per question, use multiple email addresses to vote repeatedly, or submit nominations on behalf of a business in order to manipulate a ranking. We may remove votes, nominations and accounts that do so, and we may decline to publish any submission.

Business listings and claims

Claiming a listing asserts that you are authorized to manage that business. We verify claims either by review or through a connected Google Business Profile. We may decline, reverse or transfer a claim where evidence of authority is insufficient or disputed, and where two parties both claim a listing we will decide the matter ourselves.

Featured listing subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time, and the placement runs until the end of the paid period.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use this site to upload unlawful, defamatory or obscene material; to send spam; to harass or impersonate others; to distribute malware; to collect data from the site by automated means without permission; or to interfere with the operation of the site.

Copyright complaints

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To report infringing material, email us identifying the copyrighted work, the URL of the material in question, and your contact information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time, without notice, for conduct that breaches these terms or that we reasonably consider harmful to other users or to us.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Recommendations, rankings, business details, hours and prices are provided for general information and may be out of date or inaccurate — confirm details with the business before relying on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TownLift News, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

Third-party links
