Jeff has been very helpful to work with in plowing our driveway and helping us plan and install a very substantial re-landscaping of our entire yard. With the snowplowing he was very helpful and creative in planning how and where to push and accumulate the snow, was always on time, and did a great job. On the re-landscaping, he met with us and our landscape architect and gave us great input and ideas about numbers and kinds of plants and materials to use, best time of year to plant, and best watering options to maintain the landscaping for the long term. He then gave us detailed cost estimates that we felt were very reasonable and he stuck with them. Finally, when he came to install the landscaping, we ran into some challenges with the existing sprinkler system that neither of us anticipated and that disrupted the work. When that happened, he was very accommodating and helpful in rescheduling the work to meet our needs and made his people available to fix the problem, all at a reasonable cost. Jeff and his crew have been pleasant, knowledgeable, and dependable in all our dealings with them. He was there when he said he would be, did the work in a quick and efficient and professional way and was helpful and accommodating in solving the problems that inevitably come up when doing projects like the ones we did with him. Bottom line, working with Jeff and his people at Altitude was a very good experience. We highly recommend using them for either or both snowplowing or landscaping services.

After watching Altitude work on my relatively small project, I have come to the conclusion that running a landscape business is pretty freaking hard. I think six different trucks came by my house at various times over three days. Material drop offs, labor drop offs, machines of all different sizes, etc. I have no idea how Altitude keeps all these plates spinning, but the communication to the client, and the execution, was excellent. Showed up on time, completed the work in the time that was stated, reasonable discussions on two small change orders that were clear and concise, and the invoice came in with the number at the bottom that I expected. Not sure what else could be reasonably expected! Oh, and the owner comes by the job and personally checks on things. Another sign of a well run business...
