My husband and i started to build a speck home with Aspen Ridge Development back in 2002. The house went on the market in 2004. To be honest the House was so beautiful , we loved the house so much, we decided to buy it and move our family here to Deer Mountain summer of 2004! What we would come to name “ The BIG HOUSE” was a joy to live in….the home was beautifully constructed, one of the first Mountain Modern, here at Deer Mountain. The location of Deer Mountain was spectacular. When we decided it was time to downsize from the BIG HOUSE a large Estate Home, we chose to stay at Deer Mountain. With Aspen Ridge’s help (Trey Collyer) we selected another lot and contracted Aspen Ridge to be our Builder. Trey helped us to build our retirement dream home. This house, called “ CAMP TARVER” , not only has been everything we had a vision for, but is so much more. For the house size, we have a fluid space which can sleep 13 in beads! Having utilized every inch of space , we have a gracious home which welcomes family and friends to a warm loving space with room for all. We can recommend Trey Collyer and Aspen Ridge with a TEN star rating !!! Whether you have your own vision or need help building one, this is the group you want to build your home so it is not simply a house , but becomes your home, your place of joy.
We engaged Aspen Ridge on relatively short notice for a top to bottom renovation of our lower-Deer Valley condo and they did a fantastic job. They did an array of work, from dry wall to installing flooring, fireplaces, fixtures and building out a new bar. Very responsive and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
I bought a condo that needed a face-lift and a friend recommended Aspen and Trey. From the first meeting I knew I'd found the right contractor. Trey listened to my ideas, my budget and then made some recommendations that I would have never thought of myself. His work was impeccable and he finished on time and budget. Trey is a true gentleman.
I have worked with Aspen Ridge Development for 15 years plus and have to put a plug in for what kind of contractor Trey is. In the business of supplying countertops for Aspen Ridge, it is nice to have a contractor that expects quality, keeps schedules, updates and reasonably accommodates the client and the sub-contractors. Trey doesn't cut corners in projects large and small; it's got to be right! When we purchased our condo in Park City Old Town, we met Trey, the owner of Aspen Ridge, and hired him to do a complete refresh. We were impressed with his talent and knowledge, which allowed him to match existing finishes and make the upgrades undetectable. Since it is our second home, we had full confidence in giving Trey full access and appreciated his professionalism and security measures. We have since used Aspen Ridge for smaller plumbing and electrical upgrades as needs arose.
