Where do I even begin? Going to Aura Vida Health and Wellness has truly changed my life! Both providers are so kind and caring, but Karissa is who I normally see, and she has been amazing. She has helped manage my Hashimoto’s, PCOS, insulin resistance, and hormone imbalances. Since starting hormone therapy I feel better than I have in years. I’ve experienced so much hair regrowth, more energy, no more brain fog, the testosterone works wonders, and my sleep has completely changed with progesterone. I now fall asleep easily and stay asleep through the entire night. Karissa is incredibly kind and truly listens. She will work with you until your medications are just right.
