Best affiliate platform out there, excellent tech and customer service
I was shocked by the unprofessional communication during the application process, as other reviews have stated. First, the automated system was wrong about my link and said that it was the wrong type of website. I asked for a human to respond, and they explained it was just the wrong YouTube channel link. I expressed my disappointment that they were using an automated response, and for some unknown reason, they tried to claim the response was not automated, even though it clearly was since the content of the message was irrelevant to my application. I am not sure why lying had to become part of the conversation, but sadly that is where it went. After they got the correct link, then they denied it and said I did not meet the criteria, but as I reviewed the criteria many times, I clearly did meet the criteria. I asked them to explain, and they refused and simply told me they reserve the right to approve/deny any one to the network for any reason. Okay fine, but then they let slip the real reason was that I was threatening them, and they wouldn't want to work with me. The reason he said that is because I told them that I was going to report this interaction to their partner company, and he immediately asked me not to tell them. You can guess that his unprofessional reaction caused me to want to report it even more, and yes I did report this to their partner!
My experience with his company was very disappointing. I have 25 years in business and when I applied for the affiliate program, they said we do not have enough volume at 2.2 million hits a month. They said they made a mistake on that and approved our application. Then, they asked us for proprietary information such as other Affiliates we work with and traffic along with sources of traffic to continue our application. That information is proprietary and confidential with our clients so I had to say no. They replied quickly and cancelled our application. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. I will not work with them.
