This was my first experience using contrast therapy but will not be my last. Billy did an excellent job describing the health benefits and making sure I was comfortable with the process before I began. I highly recommend!
So clean and just what I needed after a tough week. Two options for cold plunge tubs (40 and 50 degrees). Easy in and out and a great place to reserve with friends after a workout. Can’t wait to come back when I’m in Park City.
It was a unique experience. I went cold plunging before, but the combination with a sauna, made it 1000 times better. Philippe was very welcoming, and explained the whole process to us from the beginning. The music and the ambience were very relaxing. At the end of the experience, we were provided with tea and the option for electrolytes.
Recently got into doing cold plunges up in AF canyon the last few months. Which has lead me to meeting some great people along the way :) We were blessed with an invitation to do contrast therapy here at Avanto. It’s such a game changer to get the heat and cold therapy and feel all the benefits after a hour or so session. Just think full body relaxation and mental clarity! The facility is clean and tidy, along with staff and owners being nothing but welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Your experience start to finish will be amazing! Definitely recommend coming with a group of friends to enjoy this experience with. They provide a towel for you to sit on in the sauna, a towel to use for drying off/showering, electrolytes and hot tea as well as water, as well as cubbies to story your belongings in. There are also two showers for cleaning off after your session. We can’t wait to come back!
Staff and owners are amazing friendly and very accommodating. The sauna felt amazing. The cold plunge was fantastic. I love that there were two different tanks at varying lower temperatures. Excellent service facilities and restrooms were excellent. Everything very clean. You gotta go try this out.
