From the booking experience until the final champagne toast, everything with Bigfoot was magical. Jake, Shannon and crew were skilled, knowledgeable, and fun. Communication and expectations were clear from the beginning (with great communication the night before) so everyone was at ease and safe. Jake enthusiastically answered historical and technical questions which made it even more fun. Such a peaceful experience. I especially liked that it was an all inclusive experience. The champagne, pictures, and videos were all included in the base price without trying to add on costs like other operators in the area we looked at. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a ballon experience fly with Bigfoot. We certainly will if we are ever in the area again.
Booked a private flight with Jake and crew for my bf’s birthday. It was such a magical experience and Jake was extremely knowledgeable about the area, balloon flight and just such a kind person. Him and the crew made our experience that much more memorable in additional to the breathtaking Salk Lake views
I can’t say enough great things about Bigfoot Balloons! Jake and his team were incredible—they made the entire experience safe, fun, and unforgettable. The views were spectacular, and we celebrated afterward with Champagne and Moscato. (They even brought Moscato just for me since it’s my favorite and I’m not a Champagne fan!) Jake also shared the history of hot air ballooning, which was the perfect finishing touch to an amazing experience. THANK YOU JAKE FOR SUCH A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Jake and Shannon were absolutely wonderful! I had another balloon company have to cancel last minute and Jake was so accommodating to get my brother and I on a flight. I felt safe the entire time and really enjoyed the little history lesson at the end :) Thank you Jake and Shannon from the Canadians!
An unforgettable experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the balloon team made us feel completely welcome—friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. Floating more than 3,000 feet above the valley floor was absolutely exhilarating. The views were breathtaking—like stepping into a living postcard. Jake, our pilot for the day, was exceptional: calm, confident, and clearly highly skilled. His expertise made the entire ride feel smooth and safe, allowing us to fully soak in the magic of the moment.
