Over the past two years since we started working with Blooming, they have proven to be a very professional and responsive property management company for our community. Michael Kirkland has put together a quality staff of experienced individuals who take their jobs seriously. Emily, our property manager is particularly good in following up with issues and clearly communicating with HOA Board members. She promptly addresses our enquires and handles sensitive homeowner complaints courteously and professionally, while always adhering to HOA guidelines and CC&R's. The support from the entire Blooming team makes our job as HOA Board Members much more effective and far less stressful.
Our HOA uses Blooming Property Management to help manage our place in Park City. Emily has been our property manager over the past year or so and has been great. She is very helpful, available, and always ready to assist our HOA with whatever is needed.
