Well maintained, safe and quiet condominiums with fantastic customer service. This was where my husband and I first lived when we made the transition to Park City. It was a great community where we have developed lifelong friendships. I can always count on Kathy.

We have been condo owners at the CCC since 2002 and have always found it well managed and maintained. The amenities are outstanding both outdoor and indoor.

I had a friend that lived here many years ago and the place was nice but NOW many, many years later - these condos/apartments are absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I want to move in! & They have garages! I love it - they're so cute/quaint. So perfect.

I've owned a rental condo here for 16 years. My unit has always remained rented, and I never have to worry about the change-over between tenants. Management takes care of everything for me. They are open with suggestions for improvements, repairs, rents, etc. I receive my deposits in a timely manner, and if I have any questions I get a speedy and polite response. I highly recommend this community and the onsite property management.

I love living here, great location if you don't like the hustle and bustle of old town park city traffic every day.
