Visited here with the family for vacation during the summer. Maddie and Gabby were so friendly and helpful without being pushy. Some of the sweetest people we've run into in Utah, very thankful for them and the clean welcoming store.
Dylan and Zack were the best. Had to come in and get new boots and fix a strap on my snowboard, then later had to fix another strap. Very professional Great guys
All around quality products here but the staff is 100% some of the nicest people you’ll meet. I saw a very specific hat I wanted but they didn’t have my size. I asked if they could order one for me but I was also leaving to head home that afternoon. They were able to find one at another store, and had it shipped back home to me in CT. Their kindness and attention to detail for their customers is something you don’t see anymore. Thank you Melody and Maya and the entire staff for getting me my little hat. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back.
Great ski repair service. Had some top shelf delamination that was epoxy repaired. Their shop has great transparency through Madeline and were great getting the fix done on short notice and short available time window.
Dillon and Sam at Showcase were fantastic. Busted a ladder on my board binding, and they got my fixed up and back out on the slopes in no time. Very knowledgeable, very friendly. Lots of spare parts and the ability to adapt to your board.
