It’s a bummer to see a chipotle have such bad ratings. Unfortunately, I have always found the several times that I’ve gone that the service is beyond slow and never friendly. My last experience there I had someone almost throw the receipt at me. I also ordered some queso for chips and there was some mystery meat that was inside the queso upon opening it. That was a real bummer to experience. I wish that they would just give you the normal friendly quick experience that you get at other chipotle’s time for an employee rehaul maybe?

Best chipotle so far. SCENIC view, everything was very clean, the lady taking the order super nice, and the guy cashier super helpfull. Definitely will be back.

I am a Chipotle fan but this location seems to be so ill managed . I usually order my orders on line so I don't have a ton of interaction with the employees which is good because they seem to be mostly annoyed by the presence of customers. Came in tonight to pick up an online order . The employees were way more worried about chatting amongst themselves than to even remotely acknowledging that customers are in their presence . Ok that I can get past but the part about the guy who was in food prep area leaning on the food prep table texting and playing with his telephone .. Yuck ! He did finally put the phone away but 100 % did not wash hands before he started messing with food . I am certain that the establishment must have cameras to verify. Seems like employees are not properly trained in food prep / cleanliness . Gross

The service at this restaurant absolutely sucks! No one who works there gives a shit about the customers. All they care about chatting with their friends/coworkers and getting the customers out of the way as quickly as possible. As far as I can tell, there’s never a manager there either, staff just left to run wild. Food is good, but don’t expect anything beyond the bare basics in terms of service.

I’m mainly doing this review to compare to others. Delivery: Came quick after pickup Through Uber Eats Barbacoa rice bowl with no beans and a side of chips and quac As others have posted, the quantity of food has definitely decreased. It used to be a heaping bowl of food even if they put more rice in it but it is definitely half of what you would get. There seems to be enough meat, but it just seems less than what people are accustomed to. The vegetables were cooked & look completely fresh The guacamole is green. I was the most worried about that. I was scared it was gonna to be brown based on other posts, but it is definitely green. Rice: hard, and definitely not fresh! This was a disappointment. Chips: stale not fresh at all. The guacamole and chips actually don’t taste like the old guacamole and chips. I could be wrong but this just seems really really extra creamy, not chunky guacamole and it taste like something you get at the grocery store. I live a mile from the restaurant and the food was cold. I don’t know how long it’s been sitting there but hey, I do live in a mountain town, so it is what it is but yeah it doesn’t taste piping hot let I think this location, or maybe just chipotle in General has gone down. I’m not disappointed but I’m definitely not gonna order delivery anymore. It’s not worth the extra fees for the small amount of food and iffy quality.
