I began researching Park City condos in October 2025. At that point, my search was completely exploratory—I was learning about the area and wasn't yet in a position to purchase. After searching for a local realtor, I found Murray Gardner. What immediately impressed me was that Murray answered my call while he was on vacation. Even though I explained that I wasn't ready to buy anytime soon, he spent considerable time listening to what I was looking for, answering my questions, and sharing his knowledge of Park City. At my request, he set me up to receive listings, but he never pressured me or tried to rush the process. Over the following months, Murray would occasionally check in to see if I had questions or needed anything, always in a helpful and low-pressure way. When I was finally ready to begin my search in earnest in February 2026, he was incredibly responsive. He always answered his phone or returned calls promptly, and because I wasn't in Park City, he personally video toured properties I was interested in so I could evaluate them remotely. When it came time to make offers, Murray and his associate, Darci, were outstanding. They quickly prepared documents, gathered information I needed to review, and guided me through every step of the process. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.

We have done multiple real estate transactions with Murray and his team over the past 8 years or so. They bring a dynamic to the process that is quite unique. Besides knowing the market inside and out, Murray designed and built high end homes in the area and his wife, Felicity, is an interior designer. Bringing this "actually done it and built it and sold it" experience to the real estate sales process is extremely helpful when it comes to getting your home ready if a seller and what to look for if a buyer. Felicity's insights into staging if selling or beautifying if a buyer are very helpful and powerful for maximizing value. In addition, they are very smart and tell it like it is; very well read and research based.

We were referred to Murray Gardner and the Gardner Group by an acquaintance when we decided to try to find a condo in Park City. Murray and Darci were wonderful. We were looking for a fixer upper which they helped us find. They guided us through a competitive market; there were multiple offers made on the condo we wanted, and with Murray’s guidance, ours was the offer accepted. Through his experience in the area as a realtor and a developer, Murray was able to give us an idea of what it would cost to remodel the condo and he was spot on. Since we do not live full time in Park City, Murray and Darci were “eyes on the ground” for us as we took ownership and got things going with our condo in Park City, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Murray and Darci are true professionals. They were both on top of everything that needed to happen to complete the transaction smoothly, and they have continued to help us out after the transaction was completed. Murray was amazingly available and responsive, and a great resource. We loved working with them both and recommend them highly to anyone looking for a realtor in the Park City area.

Murray and Darci made the process of buying a Park City property very easy. Murray did a great job of identifying properties and spent as much time as we needed looking at properties over the course of several days. Darci coordinated the administrative portion of the process and kept us well informed and on top of every milestone and due date in the contract and purchase process. They were both great at communicating and responsive to calls, texts, and emails. I'd easily recommend them!!
