Excellent location and the staff were all amazing. Especially Ryan in the valet, it was pouring rain and he dropped everything to give my wife and I a ride to meet some friends at bar nearby. The parking garage has plenty of room and two EV chargers. The room was clean and comfortable with great views.
Incredible locatiin. Rooms are big. But wow does it need some tlc. It is very tired and very work down. Plastic wraps on inoperable elevator buttons. Showers flood. Carpet worn to the wood. Lights don't work etc. If it's cheap and you are skiing or golfing sure. Food is over priced and poor quality.
Stayed here during a work conference and had a great time. Loved the location and the set up we had during our event. I specially have to give a shout out to Bernice and her colleague from Aguascalientes who’s name I didn’t catch. They helped me find one of my favorite jackets when I lost it on the last day of the trip. Thanks ladies! And thanks for the recommendations on what to do in Aguascalientes the next time I’m in Mexico!
I was just reading the reviews and it made me feel better about leaving this review. When we first arrived we had the rudest person, he was Asian and short. My husband is the sweetest person so for him to be visibly upset I knew it was bad. Just unacceptable when he was nothing but calm and kind to this front desk guy. Housekeeping is non existent. I requested a bed days before we arrived, never heard anything. We requested one here and crickets. The pool was fun. We love to stay in park city but I think this place is a no go for us. There are so many places close by that are friendly and helpful!
Great Location, Spacious Rooms, but Some Gaps for the Price. I stayed at the Grand Summit Hotel in Canyons Village during Spring Break (March 2026), and overall would rate it a 4 stars—mainly because of the room experience compared to the price (~$900/night). The location is the biggest highlight. You are right in the heart of Canyons Village with true ski-in/ski-out access and lifts just steps away. It’s extremely convenient, especially during a busy Spring Break week, with restaurants, rentals, and shops all within walking distance. I stayed in a 2-bedroom unit (Room 628) and the space was excellent—very large and comfortable. A nice surprise was that the unit even had a private sauna, which was not mentioned in the reservation. That said, there were some important drawbacks—especially for the price point: The unit did not have a proper kitchen or dining seating area There was no microwave and no full fridge—only a coffee maker I had to request a mini fridge, and it was too small to store our groceries Some aspects of the room and property feel a bit dated On the positive side: The washer and dryer in the room were very convenient The hotel provides laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets, which is a nice touch Housekeeping is provided every other day, which was adequate for our stay Overall, this is a very solid hotel mainly because of its unbeatable location and spacious rooms, but at this price level, I expected better in-room functionality (especially kitchen amenities and storage). If those details were improved, it would easily be a 5-star.
