Our first time to visit Park City Utah. We enjoyed using High Valley transit to get to and from old town Park City. Loved the schedule and convenience! The drivers were helpful and friendly!!

The app absolutely sucks. I can request from my apartment and they go 3 blocks away. In the van I can tell they have no clue where they are going. And they can’t even drive the speed limit!!! I booked A ride on my way back to work. 20 min wait, no big deal. When I got Back to works 10 min later, my wait was now 45 min! Free is cool, but uber is better, and most uber drivers actually speak English

Unprofessional and a waste of taxpayer money This was my first time trying to use High Valley Transit, and it was a terrible experience. The driver, named Mitzi, pulled up and the very first thing she said was, “I can’t take you.” No greeting, no explanation — extremely unprofessional. Nowhere on their app or website does it state what age children have to be to ride the service. I was just trying to use the service for myself and my two kids (ages 8 and 7), and was met with rudeness instead of help. This is a complete waste of public funds if this is how they treat paying taxpayers and families who just want to use public transit.

I have had negative experiences with High Valley Transit in the past. After today, I will never use High Valley Transit again. When I booked the trip, no one told me that the driver would be making three stops before arriving at my destination. Would've been nice to know! Before my body was completely in the car, the driver started closing the door. My leg was almost shut in the door. I shouted at him, asking him to stop shutting the door. But he seemed not to hear me until it was almost too late. The door should stay open automatically when there is an obstruction. But it didn't!! High Valley Transit is a complimentary municipal ride service. Unfortunately, this company gives new meaning to the saying, "You get what you pay for." In my case, I paid nothing in exchange for less than nothing.

We need more of these Transit spots all over!!!! Drive to Park City, Charge, Shop, and have lunch! It's easy to get around with High Valley Transit. And...those who don't like shopping can bike the Summit.
