Don’t join Inspirato. I completely wasted $5,000 on a year membership only the find out that the homes are overpriced and not as nice as homes you can find for half of the price on Airbnb and Vrbo. They didn’t give me access to see the home prices until AFTER I signed up. This is a total scam. I want my money back!

In my opinion, I would proceed with caution when dealing with Inspirato. Classic bait and switch scheme from a company that got us on the hook for free vacations that only existed in off-peak times, and really expensive homes without the promised level of service or finishes. We had better experiences with VRBO and Airbnb. I wouldn't pay for any membership when you can get a better experience and service through VRBO or Airbnb.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Northlake Resort in Lake Tahoe through Inspirato. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were beyond anything we expected. The team went above and beyond – they even grocery shopped for us before our arrival and offered outstanding concierge service throughout our stay. The accommodations were absolutely impeccable – spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. We had a stunning view of the gondola right from our window, which made the experience feel even more magical. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to make our stay relaxing and memorable. This trip was very meaningful to me, and Inspirato team went above and beyond in my opinion. The trip was also a reward for work goal so i did not have to join but was able to participate in their property selection. I went to Park City, Utah last year and it was five star as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been an Inspirato Member for years and find tremendous value in the membership. The properties are pre-vetted, and you have excellent pre-trip planning, and a dedicated concierge locally while you are there. In our experience, when there have been problems at the property, they are promptly taken care of. We have visited locales we have not been to before (Kiawah Island this year, and Grand Cayman this year and last year (for the first time)). We don’t have unlimited travel funds so we look for times of the year when the costs are reasonable and use the Jaunt 52 and Jaunt Now trips for reduced costs that are posted each week. Our Planning Team can scout out upcoming trips of value for us. Highly recommend.
