Called Merlin at 8 am he arrived at 9 am, diagnosed, purchased and installed new water heater by 11 am and his price was very fair. Hood guy too.

Finding a skilled plumber is challenging, but this professional truly impressed me with their expertise. They arrived promptly and efficiently installed our sump pump, completing the job in just under two hours. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless. Highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars I would. Merlin doesn't care at all for the customer's time. He showed up an hour after the allotted appointment time the first appointment. Came in looked at what was wrong demanded the funds up front before doing any work and then left saying he would contact our warranty company the next morning and come back the next day. The second appointment didnt happen until 5 days later and I had to contact him when the time passed again to find out he was running about 2 hours late. He didn't show until 3 hours later. Merlin took 3 days to submit his diagnosis to our warranty company and I think he only did it then because we bugged him constantly. Do not expect him to contact you about what is going on he is going to "lose your number" every day. Worst experience I've ever had. What should have been a simple clogged drain fix turned into a week long mess.

Nightmare experience with Merlin Hans Jacobsen. Buyer Beware! As you might guess from many of the reviews posted, dealing with Merlin was an absolute nightmare. After five full months, we finally have our UNFIXED shower steamer back. Unimaginably, he was the only repair tech in our state the manufacturer referred us to to repair our steamer. So we gutted through the first three months trying to get him to come to our house and repair the thing. Not an easy task. Then he took the unit to repair it in his shop and never did anything. Kept telling us he'd come 'next Friday' to install it and never did. We finally had to drive an hour to his shop to pick it up in person. He had removed two of the heating elements and hadn't repaired anything as promised. Now, five months later, we have our original steamer missing the most critical parts. But at least we got it back! Wow. Merlin was a complete joke of a plumber and should lose his license. Terrible/non-existent customer service. Not trustworthy in the slightest. Do yourself a very big favor and stay far, far away from this plumber.
