These guys did a great job fixing my skis after skiing over some rocks. The service was over and beyond. Look forward to skiing over some rocks again just to have their high level of service! 😁 Definitely recommend bringing your skis to get tuned up here .... World Class Service A++

Great quality bike rentals from the lodge. The mechanics were able to make adjustments to our equipment and brakes on site which proved very beneficial for such epic trails. The Ripple trail man, that trail is like riding through a Bob Ross painting with just enough adrenaline to remind you you’re not in a museum.

Awesome. Dropped my skis off for a tune, and they feel so much better for a hard pack week. The shop is at the same location as the tram pickup/dropoff, making the process a breeze. I was able to request a 3° side / 1° base tune included within the price of a basic tune @ $60 + taxes. Very reasonable. Friendly staff, too. Highly recommended.

I had the most disappointing experience at Rennstall Ski Tune Service. We dropped off our skis for a full tune last night, expecting professional service, but were instead met with shocking rudeness. The staff member who took our skis was beyond arrogant, unfriendly, and downright disrespectful—borderline kicking us out of the shop. It was clear he had absolutely no interest in providing good service. When we returned this morning to pick up our skis, we found that the scuffs and scratches were not even addressed. Chris, who was much more polite and understanding, offered to redo the job for the next day, but before he could, the same rude staff member jumped in and abruptly shut it down, insisting the skis were “done” and didn’t need further work. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially in a place like Deer Valley, which attracts skiers from all over. I’ve been skiing for many years and have never encountered such dismissive and unprofessional behavior. It’s baffling how someone with such a terrible attitude works in a service industry role. Rennstall should seriously reconsider their staffing if they care about their reputation. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and respect as a paying customer.
