Kelly did an exceptional job working to get our house sold. She always knew the market, always tried to support our price desires while grounding us in realistic expectations based upon market and comps. She was totally turn key in her approach as this was a second home and we relied on her to really help us get it ready or refurbished, monitor repairs and upkeep, and she helped us address any issues that arose with the house or our move out. This was a very high end sale and we would use her again and recommend her highly to anyone who inquired.
