Kelly is absolutely amazing. She is the best real estate person we have ever dealt with and made the process of buying our first Park City house seamless, enjoyable, and a huge success. She is highly professional and always willing to go over and above for her clients. The word "no" does not seem to be part of her vocabulary and she always put our interests first. We have dealt with many brokers in the past that seemed to be most focused on doing the least amount of work and trying to convince us to buy something but Kelly was the exact opposite. She was incredibly patient and willing to spend whatever time was necessary. She also was incredibly mindful of our goals and objectives and always advocated and negotiated on our behalf regardless of how it impacted her, the process, or the timing of things as she wanted to make sure we were happy with the outcome. I first met Kelly when looking at properties at Promontory resort. She was very knowledgeable about what was available and quickly tailored properties that fit my preferences and budget. Even though there were more buyers than properties, she made it happen and secured a sale for me. She is always very responsive and more than competent.
