Tyler Farrell and his team easily earn a 5-star rating. We began our project with Killowen in 2020 building a beautiful barn and followed up with our home in 2021. Where this was a multi-million-dollar build, we were super careful in selecting our General Contractor, we have seen family and friends have horrible experiences with their builders. In our case it could not have gone any better. We have no complaints. The Killowen Team (Mame and Tyler on the barn and Sam and Tyler on the house) did everything they committed to. They were communicative and flexible. The quality of their work is stunning, their in-house cabinet shop produces cabinetry second to none. Killowen has access to the industries’ best sub-contractors. In summary our build was fantastic. To further add to their accolades, they continue to stand by their work. The winter of 2022-2023 was horrible in Midway, our home had damage to the roof from the extreme ice, the damage had nothing to do with the craftsmanship. The Killowen team jumped in and got everything back to new condition very quickly. Killowen warranties their work without question. I have had several people ask who built our house, that it is one of the most beautiful builds in Midway. I am proud to say it was Killowen!

As an architectural design company, we absolutely love working with the very talented professionals at Killowen Construction. Over the years we have worked with them they have consistently shown that they have the best interest of the homeowners in mind. I can't tell you how important it is to us and how good it makes us feel to be able to have a company like Killowen that you can confidently refer to your clients. From our perspective it is important that the builder; spends time to get a clear understanding of the client's expectations, studies the plans and coordinates with us if there are any questions so things run smoothly, provides accurate budgeting and scheduling so there are no surprises during the project.
