Kourtney exceeded our expectations in buying our home! We met Kourtney by chance at an open house and were very impressed on how insightful and professional she was. We didn’t end up with that property, but decided to use her as our buying agent. We are from out-of-state so we had to view properties on FaceTime with her. She was very proactive and attentive to our needs and wants in what we were looking for our future home. Once we opened escrow on the property she was very diligent on getting answers on all of our questions in a timely manner. She was so easy to work with we will definitely use her in the future.

Kourtney helped tour homes with us while our realtor was out of town. Kourtney was readily available to show us homes which was not always easy given our schedules. She was also so honest when it came to her opinion on the places we toured which I felt was really important. I am a new home buyer so there are a lot of things I do not know, but she was good in explaining things to me in a way that I could understand. She has such an easy going personality which made this process more comforting. Kourtney is so wonderful and I would recommend her when buying a home.
