They’re ranked the number 1 ski shop in the United States by USA Today. What more needs to be said? Well, I’m gonna say it—ranked number 1 ski shop in the world. Period. Do yourself a favor and stop in here—you’ll be better for it and dare I say you’ll feel a little cooler having done so. So I have to ask, are you cool, man? But seriously, it’s the best. They’re the best. Now come on El Niño, where ya at?!
A GOLDMINE OF USED SKI GEAR LPGX sold me used demo Atomic Maverick 88ti skis for peanuts. These are highly rated all-mountain skis, but the brown/black graphics were not to my taste. Took the skis apart, prepped everything, pshh pshh, and voila!! Did the bindings adjustment myself, and gave them a good sharpening and hotwax. On Vermont pow days these will perform VERY nicely. Lots of deals to be found from these guys. Subscribe to their newsletter for discount codes and keep browsing. Big thanks to LPGX for keeping the stoke alive 🤙 🔥
This place is awesome. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. Business modeled on reselling, reusing, and repairing rather than trying to push new stuff at full retail value all the time. They do sell brand new items as well, usually at a discount. Everything used that ive bought there has been in great condition at an actual value price. Went in there yesterday, didn't catch the names of the guys working but they were so helpful to me and I witnessed them provide the same service to the other customers that came in. For what its worth I have worked in outdoor retail for most of my adult life and can truly say that this place is a freaking gem.
Bought a pair of demo 2025 Atomic Bent 110's. It was hard to verify condition on online photos so called and spoke with the staff before purchase. Whomever I spoke with was super helpful and knowledgable in answering all my questions. True to their word these things are basically new and an incredible deal with earthweekend discount. There is a reason they were voted #1 and I would be happy to order skis from them sight unseen again! So stoked now got to find some snow!
This is an update from my January 13th review. Phil from customer service reached out asking for photos to clarify the condition of the skis. Once he received the pictures he had a better understanding of my complaint, was apologetic and very willing to have them returned. I asked if he had a replacement ski, and if so could they double check the tune and condition. I've now received them, they are in excellent condition with a very clean new tune; I am more than pleased. Now that things are resolved would I order from them again? Absolutely. I too owned a small business and never had things work out 100% no matter how hard I tried, but when one tries as hard as Phil has to make things right it has restored my faith that their service truly doesn't end at the sale. Thank you Phil! January 13th review: This is my first and will be my only time purchasing from Lone Pine. They had good reviews, unfortunately my experience is not one of them. I purchased some Demo Skis, they reported excellent bases and tops were fine. When I received them I noted an odd substance around the tips which I later found out was epoxy. My first time out they were practically unskiable, they were maked tuned but when I took them to a local shop I found the edges were higher then the bases (opposite of what it should be) which causes tracking issues; they resurfaced the skis which corrected this. On my 8th day of skiing my partner looked down and saw one of the tips had delaminated; this is when I discovered they'd been epoxied prior to them being sent to me but the "fix" had failed. I contacted Lone Pine and was told since I'd skied on them they were unreturnable. Huh? How does one know of these issues unless you ski on them. Anyway, FYI, my experience has been they sent items out that had been repaired without true transparency and I certainly wouldn't trust their tuners.
