5 Stars! I recommend highly! Marcus was with us every step of the way through the list of our home to the showings and contract period to closing! Since we left the area prior to our Park City home selling it was necessary to have a contact person who could meet contractors for the inspection list, Marcus met them without hesitation and made sure all was complete. He stayed in constant touch with us regarding any requests the buyer's agent or buyer's had regarding the property and facilitated a very smooth communication between all parties involved! He has in the realty business for over 20 years, I believe Marcus is the realtor anyone would wants and honest, professional and a very caring business relationship. We appreciate him so much!
We looked for homes in Park City for 2 years. Marcus was very patient and helpful guiding us. His knowledge in the area is vast and he was able to help guide us to the best neighborhood that works for us and our lifestyle. We had several high needs and Marcus helped us get what we wanted. His communication and negotiations are top notch.
Lindsay Clark and Marcus Wood at Engel & Volkers did superb work selling our place, they were great! Smooth and professional. We wish we had another place to sell with them. Despite a tough real estate market we accepted an offer within 2 days of listing. Expert guidance re pricing, staging, marketing via the broader E&V network, and managing buyer interest and offers. Delight to work with, would recommend them for sure.
Marcus Wood is truly amazing! As a first time home buyer(and the second one ) he made this scary process so easy and worth it! I worked with him for over 9 years (buying and selling)and he has always been so kind, consistent, knowledgeable, and patient. His positivity truly kept me going! Marcus was always clear and explained everything to me thoroughly. He really took the time to go above and beyond and made sure I understood every process. His professionalism was wonderful and always got back to me quick with any concern or question I had. I am so thankful to have worked with him and I could not have gone through this with anyone else!
