Molly did an amazing job getting our Park City lot sold in the Preserve. We couldn't be happier with the whole process: marketing materials were great, she networked extensively, priced the lot just right, and sent us regular updates on the process. She has an excellent local knowledge of the Preserve/Glenwild area. Two thumbs up!

Molly Campbell is amazing! She had incredible knowledge of the market in Park City and especially in our development Glenwild. As a result she was able to help us to properly price and market our home. She understood the home's unique features and presented them in the best possible way. She had our house under contract only a week after listing when our prior broker never had an offer in almost 6 months. Molly was also able to negotiate a unique closing period and escrow that helped to meet our needs and that of the buyer. We recommend Molly highly for anyone selling or buying in Park City!

Molly Campbell is one of a kind in the real estate business! She’s intelligent, market savvy, laser focused, all business but always fun and pleasant! Through her marketing expertise she established a realistic monetary value for our family estate that was even higher than we anticipated. In short order, with her many connections, was able to market and sell the estate in a difficult economy at the listed sales price. Highly recommend Molly for all of your real estate needs!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Molly to find and purchase a vacation home in Park City. I highly recommend Molly to anyone considering a home purchase in Park City. Molly's comprehensive knowledge of the market, along with her diligence, preparation, patience and friendly, easygoing and low-pressure demeanor, not only made the process enjoyable, but it also gave us a great deal of confidence in our ultimate decision. We flew in from out of town to shop for houses, so we were on a tight schedule. By listening carefully to our preferences and thoroughly preparing a list of properties that met our specifications, Molly was able to maximize the efficiency of our time in Park City. My wife and I were completely happy and satisfied with both the process and the outcome of our experience with Molly. She is a true pro and a pleasure to work with. I enthusiastically recommend her without reservation.
