Duties Provide exceptional customer service to all clients Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales Handle cash transactions with precision Maintain a clean and organized store environment Assist in restocking inventory and merchandise displays Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Experience Previous experience in retail sales is preferred Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively Familiarity with stock management procedures is a plus Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for interacting with diverse customers
