I was a passer by, and decided to pop in. I was in the market for simple knife set for the occasional chopping, cutting and portioning I do in my kitchen. On off chance, I got to meet the founder and owner, and member of his team, who helped me quickly pick out the perfect starter set. A little slice of knife heaven in Park City. 😉
