I’ve served on my HOA Board here in Park City since 2015, and during that time we’ve worked with several different management companies. We’ve now been with Cooper’s HOA Management for a number of years and have found their entire team to be professional, responsive, and consistently good to work with.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with Cooper’s for many years managing our condo-hotel, and they have consistently proven themselves to be capable, professional, and highly responsive. Their team is outstanding—always willing to jump in, solve problems, and provide practical solutions when challenges arise. What sets Cooper’s apart is their depth of experience and commitment to their clients. They understand the complexities of property and HOA management and handle issues with professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer-service mindset. It’s reassuring to know we have a partner we can rely on. I would highly recommend Cooper’s to any association or property looking for experienced, knowledgeable, and dependable management professionals.
By far the worst property management company in Park City. Nancy is the most hateful person I have ever come in contact with. She is rude, condescending, and offers zero help. She has no customer service skills at all. I would never ever work with this company. I can name a dozen other property management companies that provide a better service and actually want to help their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This is one of the best HOA companies in Park City. Once you work with them, you will understand how advanced their systems are and the staff is amazing. Best service you can get!
wow. I reached out to them to manage a property right next to the Park City Ski resort. Thought it would be a great addition to their portfolio. John Tracy thanked me for my interest and passed me off to two different agents............never heard one thing back from them. If someone wants to show you how they run a business, let them. Thanks for the insight as to who not to use for my properties!
