I had one of the worst dining experiences of my life at O’Shucks. From start to finish, it was an absolute disaster. Our waitress managed to mess up every single order, and the food came out in 20-minute intervals, so no one was even able to eat together. To make things worse, none of the meals were correct. One of our orders, which was literally just tater tots, never came out at all. When we asked about it, we were left waiting another 30 minutes just to be told it was still on the way, which clearly was not true. The level of disorganization and lack of accountability was unbelievable. What pushed this from bad to completely unacceptable was the response from management. When we politely asked to have at least the missing meal comped, we were essentially told “too bad.” No apology, no effort to make things right, just complete indifference. I should have paid attention to the reviews beforehand. This place is shockingly poorly run, and I genuinely cannot believe it operates the way it does. I will never be back, and I strongly recommend others avoid it altogether.

Very disappointing experience at O’Shucks White House. The hamburger was cold and tasted like it was left over from the night before. The food did not seem fresh at all, especially for the price. Service was also disappointing. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

O’Shucks has always been a solid bar in Park City, but over time it’s really become the go-to spot in town. There’s been a subtle shift lately—nothing dramatic, just small things that are hard to put your finger on—but it’s added up and made the place feel like the clear leader of the bar scene in Park City. The energy is great, the crowd is always fun, and it’s the kind of place people end up at year-round when they want a reliable good time. Enrico behind the bar is awesome—super personable, quick with drinks, and always keeps things moving when it gets busy. Jesse is great as well and adds to the welcoming atmosphere that makes the place feel relaxed and easy to enjoy. What stands out most is the consistency. The staff, the culture, and the overall vibe make O’Shucks feel like a true staple in Park City. If you’re looking for the spot where people actually go to have a good time, this is it. The manager, Willy I think, really has the vision and vibe. What an amazing person and manager.

Should of listened to the reviews, they hold up. The hostess/waitress was had headphones on and didn’t even see us. Someone from the back had to tell her. I ordered a martini, worst I have ever had. Pretty sure just straight gin and a couple olives. Glass was only 1/3 of the way filled up. Asked for fry sauce and she brings us an empty bottle. Then ordered a second prosecco and they were out. At 12:30 in the afternoon. Manager had to go buy more. Like you know that was your last glass and a good chance we will get another. Should have gone right then to get it. The food was pretty good but I’d never come back here. Too many good places to go for this. Oh I needed to add this, the “clean” silverware/utensils are just out on the table to use. So unsanitary, you don’t know if someone put back dirty, coughed over it. Absolutely gross.

Had an amazing time!!! I don't usually go to bars but this one was a blast! The bartender was amazing and friendly and gave great suggestions based on our likes and dislikes. The wait time was pretty decent even with how busy it got. The food was delicious! Portions were definitely a big part of why we came! Lots of food and drinks! And very reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend it to people looking for a great place to dine or drink!!!
