This morning while waiting on an open bay I was greeted by Omero, an employee of the ol’ miner car wash. He was delightful, respectful and offered his assistance with my vehicle. After washing my car, I pulled forward and he began to help me with drying and cleaning the windows with spray way! I was so impressed with his dedication to customer service, I will most certainly return to this establishment for my future car wash/detail needs.
This place is amazing, it’s easy, fast, and affordable. Chris went above and beyond and provided me with rags to wipe down the car and washed all of my mats while I vacuumed. Talk about efficient (and my car was very dirty). Excellent customer service, found my new car wash spot!
Best Car Wash in town . The express car wash is quieter than most . My experience here has been amazing . Great hospitality, nice smiles , family owned . Even has a dog car wash and a wash it yourself . And did I mention it has a vacuum cleaner for your cars?.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️best experience I have ever received at any car wash I’ve been too
Excellent service! One of the employees, a very tall and friendly guy, went above and beyond to make my experience great. At first, I honestly thought he was an NBA player because of his height, but it turned out he was one of the staff members. He was extremely attentive, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Even though they were close to closing, he took the time to help me without making me feel rushed. It’s clear that the team is well-trained in customer service and truly cares about their customers. The quality of the work was excellent, and the outstanding service made the experience even better. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
I want to give a shout-out to Omero, who offered to clean my car mats while I was washing my car. He did a fantastic job — the mats came out looking brand new, and he was friendly and hardworking the whole time. What really stood out was that he didn’t ask for anything in return, which tells you a lot about his work ethic and character. If you get a chance to have Omero help you out, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend
