A thousand stars for Ostmann Heating and Air! Communication was super prompt and friendly and they were so amazing to get us in quickly. Jeremy diagnosed the issue in about 1 minute, and had the job done in about 15! He was so nice and clearly an expert in his field. Will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend to everyone!

Had a 3 unit Fugitsu Mini-Split system installed in our cabin. The install service was good! Over the 3 day period, Jeremy (the owner) was at the job site several times to ensure the work was progressing well. The technician(s) were professional and competent! They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up well after themselves. I’m confident, that if any post install follow up is required, Jeremy will come through!!

Great customer service, everything from the initial bid to the final installation was handled professionally and competently.
