The Alpine Slide in Park City is great fun! Fast enough to be giddy (and dangerous) excitement while keeping total control with the rider. It's a beautiful ski lift ride up the mountain and about a 5 minute ride down. But the problem is that it is WAY too expensive for such a short duration event. Even with a Buy Ine Get One Half Off deal the ticket total was $125 for 4 of us. Either that price should include 2 or 3 rides or the ticket price needs to be half that total at the most.

It’s unfortunate they allow as many people as they want to purchase a ticket to ride the Coaster/Slide instead of time slots. We waited for almost 2 hours for a short ride that was overpriced. It’s a fun experience — but try to go at less busy time because they couldn’t care less about making you wait.

TOO EXPENSIVE! It’s a fun ride that lasts about 2 minutes. You control your speed. Nice slow scenic lift ride up. Problem is price. It’s $32 for adult over 48”, $21 for child under 48”. My 8 year old is over 48” so she costs $32 and rides her own cart. My 6 year old is under 48” and rides with me. So an adult that rides on the same cart as their child is $53. That’s a joke.

2 stars. The staff we interacted with were generally kind and seemed to be doing their best, but the overall guest experience felt much worse than it should for the price. We purchased roughly $200 worth of summer ride access at the ticket window, including the zip line, and were not clearly told before purchase that the zip line had a restricted time window. We only found out after taking the chairlift up that we should probably do the zip line first because there might not be a guarantee later. That is the kind of thing guests should be told before buying a package, not after they are already up the mountain and trying to plan the rest of their visit. This was especially frustrating because my mom has a mobility disability. Being told we could walk somewhere else to ask about it was not a very practical or accessible solution. Extra walking, backtracking, and uncertainty matter when someone in your group has mobility limitations. The website and ticketing process were also surprisingly poor. The site was extremely slow, and the triple ride pass appeared sold out online despite the resort being very sparsely populated. Staff had to confirm it was still available, and then the process of registering at the ticket window to receive the online price was slow and awkward. Another small but telling example: each time we got on the chairlift, operators insisted we enter a particular lane even though there were literally no guests in front of us. I understand lanes and procedures matter when it is busy, but when the area is empty, making guests follow unnecessary routing just adds to the feeling that the system is designed around rules rather than actual people. It felt less like a premium resort experience and more like a large corporate system held together by patient employees trying to work around bad technology, unclear communication, rigid procedures, and poor accessibility planning. For what Park City/Vail charges, the experience should be far smoother, more transparent, and more guest-centered.

Possibly the worst miniature golf course in the universe! Do NOT waste your money. On every hole the entire green sloped, so if the ball didn't go in the hole it ended up on the low side of the green. On nearly every hole there was a hump around the cup, so if there wasn't enough speed on the putt it would roll away to the low side of the green. One of the holes had a choice of 2 ramps, but the ball would not go up either ramp. There were cute steel welded characters around the course. Don't waste your money.
