Michael and team were wonderful to work with - professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Hands down, the smoothest real estate transaction.

Mike (& his team)have helped us buy & sell 4 properties in the Midway & Mayflower area! If that’s not proof that he is a rock star, then what is? We will continue to utilize his expertise & hard work to continue to move the needle!!! Well Done Mike on another successful closing!

Mike was our real estate agent for a property we closed on in June. This was my wife and I’s first time buying property and I wish we had a better experience. We never actually met Mike or really talked with him, he walked us through the buying process through a zoom call. We mostly dealt with his assistant, Shelby, who started out great, responsive, and accommodating. However, once we got a lot picked out and an offer in on the land we purchased, all of that went away. We felt lost through the process and were unable to get answers to our questions in a timely manner, if at all. After reading Mike’s reviews it seems most of his sales are secondary homes for the wealthy. If that’s you, maybe he’s your guy, but if you’re a regular person just trying to get into the market, chances are you’ll end up on the back burner. My parents were using him to sell their home and asked us to wait to post our review until their contract with him expired. The felt much the same as we did throughout the selling process

We had a great experience with Mike Diamond on our Park City home search. Extremely knowledgeable on all of the various Park City sub markets and really helped us quickly narrow down our various choices. We would highly recommend using Mike and his team for your home search or sale of your existing home You will not be disappointed! Rob Hess

Mike Diamond and his team (in particular Shelby) are great. Professionalism meets high energy and fun!! From the initial consult to laying out all of the options to assistance negotiating our purchase to helping to execute our closing, Mike is responsive, attentive and instructive. Mike has a long and deep knowledge of Park City/Deer Valley and the surrounding areas and has real connections with his real estate peers and all of the key service providers. Our family was keen on finding a vacation home in the Park City area. Mike and team made that a reality as seamlessly as possible. We couldn't be happier.
