We met Sue through an inquiry we submitted through Zillow. Right from the start, she listened to what we were trying to do and helped us make the decision that the first property was not what we were looking for — a great testament to her integrity! We kept in touch and she presented several options that were more aligned to our search criteria. As out-of-town buyers, it was very valuable to partner with Sue to help view properties. She was willing to put in leg work to show potential properties via video conferencing while walking through the property. She has an in-depth knowledge of what buyers should be looking for in a property and brought several items to our attention ahead of us submitting offers. Sue keeps her finger on the pulse of the market and provided valuable suggestions when putting an offer together. Through the buying process, Sue flexed her networking skills and helped set up subcontractors to address a few items on the inspection report. Even after closing, Sue has continued to check in and make sure we are happy with our purchase and offers help if we ever need assistance.
