We’ve been to most veterinary clinics/hospitals in the Park City area. The team at Pinebrook Animal Hospital has absolutely been the best to work with. Our senior dog has been on a bit of a complicated health journey and Dr. Hagan and her team have been a huge help to get her healthy again. Thank you all for your expertise and genuine care for our animals!
Pinebrook Animal Hospital has taken such good care of our dog, Milo. They’ve done a great job diagnosing and treating him. All of the vets are very knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. We are so appreciative of all they’ve done for Milo!
One visit and we’re switching from our regular vet to Pinebrook. Kiley and the rest of the staff, even beginning with the phone call into Elliott, was exceptional. Kiley is an animal lover. She was literally on the floor as she diagnosed and built trust with our Belgian Shepherd. Nobody likes going to the doctor/vet, but if you’ve got to go you won’t find a better experience anywhere. Thank you guys!
We have had fantastic experiences with Pinebrook Animal Hospital! We have been taking our two small dogs to Dr. Hagan for two years. One of them is medically complicated and sees a team of specialists in Salt Lake City regularly. Dr. Hagan has been so attentive and coordinated with his primary care, and really knows how to interact with different dog personalities to get the most out of an exam. The staff is always awesome and gives you time and attention, which can be hard to find these days. And Elliott runs the scheduling and front desk so smoothly! This place is such a gem and we will continue to drive out from Salt Lake City for their services.
My cat and I felt very much welcomed upon arrival, and the check-in process was smooth. We didn’t have to wait long before the kind vet tech Grace and Dr Hagan came in to assess Pinot, and give him lots of love. A special shoutout to Elliot who was able to walk me through billing and getting Pinot’s vaccination records from the Humane Society. While they do not do day-boarding, they provided me with recommended locations nearby which was greatly appreciated.
