I highly recommend the PMA group to anyone that is looking for a full service HOA management company. They have been a pleasure to work with because they are all very professional and bring a lot to the table with their HOA knowledge/experience . They especially excel in matters of construction , repairs, preventative maintenance & emergency building problems.

PMA is an incredible property management company. They are pleasant, easy to work with, organized, communicative, and efficient. Mark, Tanner, and Eric are very knowledgeable about their properties and demand the highest quality services when subcontracting out their work. I would recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I own a condo in the Racquet Club complex and PMA has been managing it as long as we have been residents/owners. My experience as an owner working with PMA and as a HOA board member has been exceptional. Tanner and his crew are responsive and do what is necessary to keep our property looking good. They have also managed large construction projects for us which went better than I could have expected. I highly recommend Tanner and PMA.

Having served on two boards one as a president of 423 residential community in South Florida working with a management company. PMA is tops in my book . I would highly recommend PMA as a management company without hesitation, one of the best I have come across in the past. 20 years ! Our property manager is on top of everything in our community in Park City !

I deal with PMA on a regular basis as a landscape maintenance and snow removal contractor. I have always had a great experience with this company and they've always been very timely in responding to my calls. I appreciate their personal approach when communicating. They take time to address issues that may arise in a very professional way. In dealing mostly with the upper management team, I have come to really enjoy the business relationship we've developed over the course of the last several years of working with them. I would highly recommend this company for your property management needs.
