Premier has been an amazing, super-convenient facility for my 2 boys! As a regular customer, my pups always receive royal treatment from the staff every time they visit. The owner, Kathleen, is very understanding and flexible, especially with my last-minute needs. The new groomer is very precise and accommodating. My Pomeranian used to avoid the last groomer, but he absolutely loves and trusts the new groomer and bather. My pitbull, I was a little nervous about leaving for daycare/boarding, worried he would be too “scary” for the other dogs. Still, the staff's knowledge and experience, observing play and matching my pup with his best friends, definitely eased my fears and made me more confident about leaving my boys in their care.
I love PPL! I take my dog Fila here for doggy day care, baths, and grooming. I’ve been very pleased with their service and how much my one year old Samoyed loves going there. The owner, Kathleen, also makes sure I use all the benefits from my doggy daycare packages. I’m so glad we have them in Kamas Valley!
The best experience with our 11 month old Bernese mountain dog. Jess did an amazing job, was so kind and knowledgeable. The entire staff here is great. I will be referring everyone to here for grooming, they are the kindest! Our little dude (95 lbs not so little) man is so happy, looks great and was well taken care of.
We have been taking my dog to see Jessica and I am obsessed with how she cuts his hair! He has never looked so good! She takes her time and gives extra focus to the important areas. She’s amazing!
Fabulous experience! Premier Pet Lodge is incredibly professional, the staff were all wonderful, and my dog came home happy and clean! Having been to other facilities recently, and being a veterinarian myself, I was very aware as to how much better he was handled here. Their communication while I was away was excellent and reassuring. Additionally, they have a wonderful veterinarian periodically on staff. I was very happy and will return.
