So my first time flying here was this weekend and it started off great. The staff is awesome and everyone was super nice and attentive. My flight back is where I had the issue. We landed and stated on the stip for an hour because there was a plane already in our docking station. The captain said "hey everyone just a few minutes" then 20 minutes passed. Then another few minutes they said and literally an hour later the finally said "the aircraft that was in our spot has pushed back we will be moving shortly. Currently we have been just on the plain waiting for 1 hour and 5 minutes and counting. Not sure why we couldn't just use another door to just exit but yeah its a mess. Over all the airport is great just landing back my personal experience was not the best. But everything else is great. Also the pizza in the little shop inside is amazing you should try it
I love flying from this airport. I've been dropped at the terminal doors. However the free parking is not easily visible. So if the person bringing you wants to come in with you, they end up walking a long time from l9ng term prkg. Which costs prepay $13 for first 2 hrs.

One of the best parts about this airport is how convenient and uncrowded it feels compared to larger airports. Parking is simple, check-in is smooth, and you can get from the entrance to your gate in just minutes. The overall atmosphere is calm and well-organized. This is a great airport for anyone who values efficiency and a hassle-free travel experience. I would definitely choose to fly in and out of Provo again!
This airport is so convenient! The small size makes everything quick and easy, and the TSA lines are practically non-existent. I loved how you walk outside to board the plane t’s such a cool, unique experience compared to larger airports. Traveling through here is fast, stress-free, and honestly kind of fun. Highly recommend if you want a smooth airport experience!
It looks modern. Small airport but well made and very clean. It does not even take more than 5 mins to come out of the airport. Baggage claim was quick and car rental processing was within minutes. I would prefer to fly here instead of Salt lake city. It has great views from the airport as well.
