We first met Randi when she was representing the sale of the home we were renting as tenants. Watching her navigate that process was truly a work of art even though we were the ones facing the prospect of becoming homeless. That experience was where our relationship with her began. After two unsuccessful attempts with other brokers to sell our own property, we asked Randi to represent us. She took on the challenge with incredible enthusiasm and, in short order, brought us an acceptable offer. Over the years we have worked with many brokers, and we can honestly say we have never met anyone who possesses the complete package quite like Randi. She combines integrity, tenacity, professionalism, and charm in a way that is truly rare. We recommend her without hesitation.
We can't say enough about Randi (and Ben)! You've never met a more patient Realtor! Randi took us all over the Park City area TWO years ago to give us a feel for the area. She stayed in touch, and kept us on the listing announcements. We came back in December for a month to give living here a test run. Randi & Ben again brought us to listings in various neighborhoods over a two week period. I am hard to please and was very particular about what I didn't want. They never got annoyed or discouraged or put us off. When we walked into our dream house, over 2 years after Randi started showing us listing, we made an offer within 24 hours. Randi was a great negotiator, thoughtful, thorough and creative. She gave us great guidance, was calm yet decisive and confident. All important qualities when making such an investment. We got the house! What makes this team even more impressive is the post sale / closing relationship. Making a cross country move, we knew nothing of Park City. They helped us navigate EVERYTHING. They went to the house to take measurements, organized all the utilities for us to set up, arranged window washing, met 2 contractors at the house on our behalf and all with ease and a generous spirit. I can't say enough about Ben - calling from the house to ensure I didn't need anything else measured!! AND they're awesome to spend time with - very important when spending hours driving around!! We can't thank them or recommend them enough. Our new house is incredible and we are thrilled to have found our dream home!! 100% hire Randi and team!
