We went here to return something, and the people that worked in the resort told us that this location had been closed for a while. There was no store. I did try to edit the Google Page, but it was rejected. Just a heads up, at least when we visited, the store didn't exist. Even though the workers wore attire that said "Saks Firth Avenue" on them, there was no actual store.

I bought two items for a gift card promotion. When receive the gift card, it had only a month to use. Bought two items and applied the full gift card. Saks canceled one item and applied only one third of the gift card on the order and charge it from my credit card. The gift card showed zero balance even though it charged only one third of the balance. Return the whole order and had to pay shipping. So their give card business is a fraud.

This review is for Saks off 5th!! You guys are scammers when it comes to return and refund. I returned my order the very next day of receiving it because I was not satisfied with the quality. FedEx had the possession of the package on 9th July and it was physically received by Saks off 5th on 16th July. Ever since I have contacted several times on your customer care and after so many back and forth communication my money has not been refunded. The pathetic 15 business days policy from the day the package has been received by courier company(9th July) has also been over and I'm asked to again wait for several more days! YOUR BUSINESS IS A SCAM WHEN IT COMES TO REFUND!! Buyers BEWARE!!

My wife purchased a swimsuit online and changed her mind after receiving it (she didn't try it on). Returned it the next day and got it back a few days later. Saks says the item has been worn and is damaged. Despite having photos and the item showing it's in perfect condition, Saks refuses to accept the item for a return.

Worst return service ever. I bought boots online, tried one on, it didn’t fit so I sent them back. They rejected my return because they said they had been worn. I took pictures of the soles and all around the boots to customer service. They sent the pictures and my message to higher ups and still rejected my return. I never wore them. They were in pristine condition. Will never shops with them again.
