Cafe? Not. More like fast food counter. Over priced. Burger meat choice is not to my preference. Area that was open was dirty. Had to clean my own table. Food was okay. On a 1-10 scale? Its a 4.
Nothing great, nothing terrible. Absolutely nothing let's you know it's connected to a convenient store. Ordered a 3 meat omelet with no cheese. It was an egg disc with loose meat thrown all over the place. Soggy potatoes. And an additional cost for toast, when it clearly states it comes with toast. Completely understandable if you pass on this. If you go, heed said warnings.
We enjoyed our meal at the Silver Summit Cafe. I like the feel of the old style cafe/diner in a gas station. There are plenty of tables inside and an option to eat at the counter. We ate at the outside seating. It feels like an intimiate truck stop (though it's not a truck stop). We tried the carne asada and chilequiles with chile toredos. The food was great. The only reason I put 4 for atmosphere is there is a bunch of litter around the permeter of the outside eating area that needs to be cleaned. The staff and help that work here are very friendly and helpful. When we come to the area I'd like to stop here again.
Gas station restaurants are the best! They have a mixture of food items here and serve breakfast all day Saturday and Sundays! Yum! Best onion rings ever, soft, crunchy and delicately created just like me
It doesn't matter what I order, they usually get it wrong somehow. It's always pretty good though. Best off the beaten path dining choice close to Park City. The tip seems to have no bearing on whether the order is accurate or not. Oh well I still eat there a lot.
