These guys were great. Had an emergency repair done and wanted them to look it over. Gave us the all clear and didn’t charge us anything. Will def come back when I need work done.
Couple' a good ole boys who seemed either confused or couldn't really care less when I brought my vehicle in for A/C work, which isn't surprising in hind sight based on the job they did. First red flag I ignored when I arrived to drop the vehicle off and had to ask the guy if he wanted my information since no one asked me anything and just said "ok" when I told them I was dropping off a vehicle for A/C work. Then again he may have been psychic, idk. Second red flag was "you're not in a hurry, right?"... Great way to instill confidence. After doing what I'm assuming was zero diagnostics (they never told me what they did) I was told the car was ready and that they had recharged my A/C ($200 something) even though I told them I just did that, and replaced a 5¢ O ring for $50 because "That was the only leak he could see." Sounds like a practical joke but sure. 2 days later the A/C is out again...hmm maybe because the problem wasn't actually fixed. To their credit they offered to warranty the recharge and try to find the problem again, but I wouldn't want these people touching my vehicle with a 10 foot pole with that kind of know how. If you don't know how to fix a problem, maybe say so instead of doing a half-ass job for double the price. I hope you continue to serve the community well selling more O rings for 1000% markup and guessing your way through automotive work 👍
They are very friendly and helpful! I took my Subaru WRX there that needed a full look over after not being driven for 5 years and they were honest about what needed done now and what to do later. I have so much respect for a mechanic that will do what is right for the customer and their car! Thank you so much.
Called them about oil changes on both of our family’s vehicles. They had both vehicles in and out of the shop quickly and running great! Service was kind and I’ll definitely be going back for tires and other work needed!
