Came here for the first time recently. The staff are very nice and they got my order out fast! The environment was very clean and calming. I don't go to Starbucks often but have had varying experiences and this is one of the best I've had!

Every summer we stay in Park City and this is my go to for coffee. I walk from the Marriot Miuntainsde and grab a drink, sometimes a bite to eat. The staff is friendly; they get the drinks out efficiently. The store is clean and there are some outdoor tables to enjoy the fresh Park City air. The only drawback is that the patio is on the side of the road, but it’s still pleasant. There is not much traffic.

Kayla is hands-down one of the best baristas I've encountered at Starbucks. She is always friendly, positive, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. Today, my friend and I ordered one large drink to split. Without us even asking, Kayla thoughtfully divided it into two separate cups for us. It was such a small gesture, but it made our experience so much easier and showed how attentive and customer-focused she is. Every interaction with Kayla brightens my day. Her kindness, initiative, and outstanding service are exactly what keep customers coming back. Starbucks is lucky to have her!

The Iron horse Starbucks TEAM is fantastic!! My job takes me everywhere and I continue to rate this place at the top of any Starbucks chain for everything. Friendly service ,food and coffee is always spot on and the tables and restrooms are always clean. I had the bacon and egg bites which is one of my favorites and never disappointed. Pikes is my go to and makes me smile ever time I come in. Thanks to every single team member for making my day enjoyable !!!!

So, I visited Starbucks 5 years ago, at Park city... My memory tells me it was nothing like this... Regardless, I was looking for something quick to drink, and I was craving lemonade. I dropped by Starbucks and ordered an iced black tea lemonade. It was 10 minutes before close, and the employees here seem as if they were pretty worn out. They must have had an update, but I'm sorry they weren't feeling very energetic. There was a police officer here, and I wonder if something had gone down, which is why the employees were not in the best of mood. Regardless, my service was pretty fast, and I enjoyed my drink.
