We have worked with Summit heating and AC for over 20 years. They have installed heaters and now air conditioners into multiple Park City homes. They recently installed AC in our home that has radiant heat in the floor. They worked with us to install ducts in the attic and this was a great option for our home. Scott knows this business and is able to offer a range of solutions and we are very happy with the outcome. We highly recommend summit Heating and air-conditioning.
Summit Heating & Air Conditioning is the real deal. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue with a high level of technical expertise, and fixed it at a fair price. The technician was friendly and took time to show me what was wrong so I could prevent future problems. We've used them twice now and will continue to call them for all our HVAC needs.

I work in a service industry for a long time. And it’s becoming more rare to have the kind of experience I’ve had with Summit heating and air conditioning. Over the last year I’ve been nursing along an aging furnace system on my own. I finally bit the bullet to get some professional help, professional help is exactly what I got. Very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Responsive with an eye for what’s best in your situation, rather than simply swapping out expensive equipment. My experience was search that I am having them install a separate heating and air system for my basement as I finish it. Professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable!!
I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for Summit Heating & Air Conditioning before now. They’ve been our go-to for years, working on at least four of our homes in Park City, often fixing or upgrading systems previous contractors botched. Cody and or his team always explain everything clearly, never push unneeded work, and get the job done right the first time. They’ve rescued us summer heat, shoddy installation on old systems, installed stalled new systems and even saved my mother’s furnace during a brutal cold snap. Communication is outstanding, they arrive when promised, and they always leave the space cleaner than before. Professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched. I stay ahead of issues by having them do regular spring or fall inspections and ‘tuneups’. Summit Heating and Air conditioning is the company you want: honest, reliable, and truly cares about doing things the right way. Couldn’t recommend them more!
