This guys are Amazing!!! I recommend them to anyone looking for a true Adventure ride with amazing professionals. I just did the Flaming Gorge tour and everything from the Route planning to the guides, motorcycle, food, support crew, logistics and attention to detail was exceptional!! Kari, Ken and Curtis were amazing and catered to each member of the group personally to make sure we were taken care of and having a great time. Thank you Grit Moto for an amazing trip and a lifelong of memories! Can't wait to see you guys in the next trip!!
Grit Moto should seriously consider changing their name to Grit Moto Addiction. Ever since the amazing experience I had in 2025, when I attended one of their full-day beginner ADV training courses, I’ve been addicted. Not so much to motorcycles—that addiction started years ago—but to Grit Moto and everything they’ve built around the sport. Kari has absolutely outdone herself creating an awesome culture, an incredible facility, and what I can only describe as a lifelong-memory-generating machine. And you can’t talk about the Grit Moto crew without mentioning Rev, the Grit Moto ranch dog, who might just be the most important member of the operation. Most recently, my son, my best friend, and I joined Grit Moto for their Park City to Flaming Gorge adventure ride, and once again, Grit Moto absolutely nailed it. Our guides, Ken and Curtis, are true experts. They were always ready to jump in with tools, riding techniques, advice, or whatever else was needed. Then, around the campfire, they had some pretty awesome stories from their own adventures that made you realize just how much experience these guys actually have. The weather also decided to make things interesting. Utah had seen more rain than we usually seem to get in an entire year, which meant some of the planned routes simply weren’t going to cooperate. Ken and Curtis didn’t miss a beat. Plans stayed fluid, routes were changed on the fly, and they made sure we still got the best riding and experience possible regardless of the conditions. That’s what makes Grit Moto different. It’s not just about riding motorcycles or following a GPS track. It’s the people, the experience, the challenges, the campfire stories, and the memories you make along the way. Kari, Ken, Curtis, Rev, and the entire Grit Moto crew have built something pretty damn special. You show up to improve your riding and somehow leave planning your next class, ride, or trip with them. If you’re even remotely interested in adventure riding, do yourself a favor and check out Grit Moto. Just be warned: the first class is apparently the gateway drug, and the trips only make the addiction worse.
WORLD-CLASS! I just got back from the 3-day ADV Flaming Gorge Tour with my dad and some of our friends. Our tour began with a warm welcome to the GRIT Moto ranch by the GRIT team. We had ample time to set up the bikes to our liking (phone mounts, charging chords, tail bags, etc.) and learn the computer systems on the Ténéré 700s. There were also some pre-ride bites to munch on while the rest of the group was setting up. Once the bikes were ready to go, we had a ride meeting which told us what to expect for the day. This meeting covered the route, the weather, the lunch stop, safety expectations and more. From there, we got on the bikes and hit the road! The morning started with a fair amount of pavement and less-than-technical dirt roads, allowing us an ample chance to “learn the bike” and become familiar with how the motorcycles handled. After a lunch stop, we hit some more dirt and wound our way up to the camp site at Flaming Gorge. You wouldn’t believe the view, especially if you’ve never been to Utah. We ended the day by setting up our sleeping bags and pillows in the tents (with cots) that the crew had already set up for us. We took some pictures on the canyon rim, snacked on a charcuterie board, and ate at a local restaurant for dinner (because of the rain). At dinner, we got to speak on a more personal level and really get to know the GRIT Crew. Each one of them is incredibly professional and friendly. After dinner, we went back to camp, spent some more time together, and went off to bed. The next morning, we were greeted by the most spectacular sunrise and (Sid from GRIT) meant it when she said it: The World’s Best French Toast! The remaining days of the trip each had their own rider meeting, food, routes, destination, etc., but one thing remained consistent throughout: GRIT Moto provided a world-class ADV tour experience, and I would recommend that everyone try it. To the GRIT Moto team: Thank you for such an incredible experience. I look forward to riding with you all again soon!
great facility and great coaches. Kari and her team are top notch. They make everyone feel welcome and work hard to make sure you have everything you need to ensure you have a great experience. I've taken training AND the Utah Home Base tour and both experiences were outstanding. Highly recommend.
My experience with Grit Moto Adventures was outstanding from start to finish. Kari was incredibly welcoming and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. The accommodations were comfortable, well-organized, and exceeded expectations. The food was excellent, with every meal adding to the overall experience. Thank you for having us!
