This was my second visit and it confirmed for me how disappointing it is. I ordered a flat white and it was so weak. It also wasn’t very hot . You won’t get a proper mug unless you ask for one . Their cups feel cheap and are nothing special . Ambience is ok. My friend ordered a hot chocolate which was awful, way too sweet and not at all chocolaty . The art work was nice. The highlight were some oaty balls, which are pictured. Also the staff clearly want to be tipped although there is no table service . This is not on my list to return.
This is my third time here and I have been underwhelmed each time. I ordered a hot cocoa this morning and asked for half the sweetness. It is still extremely sweet and honestly tastes like they used Swiss Miss. It is also frustrating that when one is buying a drink to have in the cafe it is still served in a paper cup.
Top tier espresso in an ultra cool setting. Staff is incredibly friendly and, clearly, love their coffee. It shows in the quality of the source product and in the cup! Highly recommend for those of you who always seek out the best espresso / milk-based drinks when you’re traveling.
Stepping into Urban Sailor feels like walking into a friend’s cozy living room. Located on Iron Horse Drive (taking over the old Ritual Chocolate space), it’s tucked away from the Main Street chaos. The atmosphere is defined by its "welcoming pillows," comfortable leather seating, and a clean, "Nordic-cool" aesthetic. It’s the kind of place where the staff actually greets you with a genuine smile rather than just a transaction. The Coffee: This isn't your average dark-roast mountain coffee. They specialize in Nordic-style roasting, which is lighter and focuses on the delicate, nuanced flavors of the bean. Since they roast on-site using their Diedrich roaster, the freshness is unbeatable. Whether you’re grabbing a pour-over or a creamy latte, the quality is "out of this world" and consistently smooth. The Food: Their commitment to freshness is literal—as you noticed, pastries are often delivered from local artisan bakers right as the doors open. Pairing a flakey, fresh-off-the-truck pastry with their house-roasted espresso is arguably the best way to start a Park City morning. The Verdict: If you want to get off the "resort trail" and support a family-owned business that truly cares about the craft, Urban Sailor is a must-stop. > Pro Tip: If you're a fan of their roast, you can actually buy bags of their "Evoke" or "Jordbaer" blends to take a piece of Park City home with you.
Another day in Park City, means another great latte from Urban Sailer! We decided to check out a local coffee shop when we ran out of k cups at the Airbnb—I can assure you this was way better than any generic k cup haha. Day 1 I had a lavender latte (my fav) and day 2 I got a brown sugar latte and everything bagel! The guys who served me were so kind, and I can’t recommend this place enough! Love the music vibe in there as well!!
