I experienced an Internet outage at my home due to my router being too old. Utah Broadband had a Technician out the next morning. His name was Jaco and he was awesome. Jaco was very informative and made suggestions as to what routers would be a good replacement. He left one of his routers here so I could work while he went to another site. I ordered a router via Walmart delivery and it was here within 20 minutes. Jaco came back and helped me set it up. Excellent service! I highly recommend this company.
We were just upgraded to fiber at our house in Park City. Trevor and Owen came out and did a great job with a clean install. Trevor explained his plan for the most effective spots for our equipment based on our unique streaming needs. They even installed an extender mounting it in a hidden spot behind a TV to keep it out of the way. Both guys were very professional and courteous, too. Best service experience I have ever had with a cable company!
