Customer Service, Entry Level Position 30 Minute Tire is a locally owned and operated Park City business that is growing quickly. We have a very nice office space and we enjoy very happy customers for seasonal tire changes, tire service and auto detailing. We are seeking a highly motivated person with a friendly, confident personality to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers, processing orders, managing stock, and collaborating with suppliers. Training will be provided on the job and for specific systems. • Responsibilities: ◦ Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. ◦ Utilize various software programs and applications, manage customer data, process orders, and track inventory. ◦ Track customer orders and organize customer data. ◦ Collaborate with suppliers, resolve delivery issues, and maintain positive working relationships. • Qualifications: ◦ Strong customer service skills. ◦ Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs. ◦ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ◦ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional Service! Had a fantastic experience at 30-Minute Tire in Park City. Scheduling the appointment with Caleb was seamless and excellent. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, and true to their name, they had my summer tires reinstalled and ready to go in under 30 minutes. Fast, professional, and highly recommended!
Wish I could give a 10 star review! Blown away by how awesome the crew is here at 30 Minute Tire. Is the best tire shop in the area hands down. Staff is super friendly and just a great atmosphere. Always will bag your tires and put them neatly in the back of your car which is good. I would say its more like 15 Minute tire as I arrived today at 3:27 and was leaving around 3:40 with a full tire change being done. Always have done a great job and will be the only tire shop I go to from now on!! I am very pleased and happy to do business with them!!
Excellent Experience with 30 Minute Tire! Brought my Jeep Gladiator in for a tire swap and the service was super fast and I had no delay with my prescheduled appointment. Will definitely use 30 Minute Tire for all my tire swap and tire rotation needs.
My wife and I have the distinct pleasure to visit 30 Minute Tire a few days ago. We had a flat tire and discovered that there was a large screw in the middle of one of the tires. I called 30 Minute Tire and they said to come on by at 12:30 pm. We met up with Caleb and he got the car right in. 45 minutes later the tire was fixed. Caleb gave us a new customer credit which we really appreciated. This is a great shop for all of your tire needs!
The best tire shop I’ve ever been to. The staff are kind warm. They went out and beyond the call of duty to help me fix my flat tire. They walked me through and showed me what will work and what won’t so I had an understanding myself. You can really tell they care. Their waiting lounge feels like a luxury hotel entertainment room. They provide all kinds of snack, snacks drinks, and comfortable seating for free. I will absolutely be coming back. ❤️🙌
