Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful, but this was a generally positive experience from start to finish. The price was fair and competitive, and communication with Marvin was prompt throughout the process. What stood out most was that Marvin handled nearly every aspect of the logistics, making the transaction much smoother than I expected. Unlike many salespeople who simply hand you off to someone else, he stayed involved and helped coordinate everything through delivery. Overall, it was a straightforward, professional experience, and I would recommend working with Marvin, especially if you're purchasing from out of state.
I am blown away by how awesome this dealership was and how easy they were to work with. When I saw how low their price was online for a code orange Raptor, I thought “there must be something wrong with it.” I reached out to Marvin Lucero. He immediately responded and was quick to answer all of my questions, even getting down under the truck to send me tons of pictures. I live out of state, which I thought would complicate things. I was wrong. Marvin drove the truck 45 minutes, each way, to my brother’s house to have him check it out for me. When it came to negotiating the deal/trade, Marvin and the sales manager, George, were so reasonable and easy to work with. I told them what I wanted, and they basically said “Done! Come get your truck.” I seriously cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Marvin went above and beyond. I would absolutely do business with them again. Honest, stand-up guys! Five stars!
