There aren't enough words to express how grateful our family is to Donna and Gary Urban and everyone at 4U Ranch. They didn't just provide a beautiful wedding venue—they helped create one of the most memorable days of our lives. From the moment we visited the ranch, we knew it was special. Nestled along the Weber River with breathtaking mountain views, it is one of the most beautiful wedding venues imaginable. As my daughter and her husband exchanged their vows, the only sounds were the gentle flow of the river and birds chirping in the background—it couldn't have been more beautiful. It truly felt like something out of a storybook. The barn was equally stunning for the reception. It was the perfect space for our plated dinner, and the stage for the band made for an incredible evening of dancing and celebration. What made our experience extraordinary, however, was Donna and Gary. Their kindness, generosity, and genuine commitment to making every wedding perfect are beyond compare. On the morning of the wedding, they gladly rearranged the reception tables when they weren't set correctly, and after unexpected rain showers, they personally dried every ceremony chair—not once, but twice—to make sure our guests would be comfortable. Throughout the day, whenever something needed attention, Donna and Gary quietly stepped in without hesitation. Their calm presence, willingness to help, and incredible work ethic brought peace of mind during what could have been a stressful day. They consistently went above and beyond, not because they had to, but because they truly care about the couples and families who celebrate at their ranch. Because of Donna and Gary, my daughter's wedding was everything she had dreamed of and more. They helped turn unexpected challenges into a seamless, joyful celebration, and our family will always be grateful for the care they showed us. If you're looking for a wedding venue with spectacular mountain scenery, a beautiful barn reception space, and owners who genuinely treat your wedding as if it were their own, 4U Ranch is the place. No notes! We had the absolute pleasure of starting our married life together at Donna and Gary's gorgeous 4U Ranch. It's obvious how much love and care they put into creating this oasis, allowing our wedding guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings during the ceremony/cocktail hour, dine under twinkle lights and dance the night away in the impeccably-constructed barn. Donna was the ultimate calming, organized and informative presence in the months leading up to the event, as well as on the wedding day itself. We look forward to returning to 4U for years to come, reliving our most magical day and catching up with our friends, Donna and Gary :)
When we first stepped onto the 4U Ranch property two years before our wedding to tour the venue, my husband and I immediately felt at home. That feeling only grew as we met Donna and Gary and began the wonderful journey of working with them to plan our wedding. 4U Ranch is a magical place and you can tell that Donna spent her career in the wedding-planning space. That expert touch is everywhere — from how the barn is designed to the fact that you get the space for the whole weekend (allowing for relaxed rehearsals and the opportunity for vendors to set up early). My husband was immediately sold by the potential to swim in the river before the wedding (one of his groomsmen did just that!) and the calming noises (water and birds) by the ceremony location. I was sold by the peace of the location and the gorgeous (air conditioned!) barn — a perfect canvas just ready to be enhanced with your own vision. Most of our guests commented that it was one of the most best weddings that they’ve ever attended and that was in large part due to the beauty of the venue. Gary even took some of them to feed the horses! We’re already trying to figure out when we can return to visit Donna and Gary and their gorgeous property!
Our wedding day at 4U Ranch was an experience we will always cherish. Donna was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning - from our venue tour to our “grand exit” one year later, she was incredibly organized, helpful, encouraging and communicative. Words can’t capture the beauty of the ranch - this was the first venue we toured and we were sold from the moment we pulled down the driveway! Donna and Gary take great care to keep the ranch in top shape. They and their staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went as smoothly as possible. We will never forget the sunshine, the blue sky, the mountain backdrop, and the subtle sound of the river during our ceremony. The setting helped us stay relaxed and grounded and made our guests feel comfortable letting loose and having fun. If you want a beautiful ranch wedding, this is the place!
We got married back in June 2024 and held our reception at 4U Ranch as well as got ready there before our church ceremony. It was the most magical, unforgettable venue ever! Donna and Gary (and their lovely dog Bear) were so incredibly helpful and kind to us. We appreciated the personal attention they provided throughout the whole process (started a year in advance). We had an ambitious, unique vision and they helped us see it through. I especially loved Donna's attention to detail coming from her years of experience as a former wedding planner herself. Their hospitality was incredible and the property was spectacular with the beautiful mountains, river, horses around and the barn itself. Highly recommend!
